Manager – Human Resources leads HR Operations and HR Business Partnering, owning end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, and employee experience. Partners with leaders to drive people strategies, coaches managers on people-related matters, and supports workforce planning, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensures data accuracy in HR systems, maintains compliant HR processes, oversees background verification and audits, champions process improvements, and acts as a trusted advisor on HR policies and employee-related matters to deliver a positive employee experience across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
