Job Summary

Lead a team of HR Business Partners and Specialists to align strategies with organizational goals, driving talent development, retention, and performance management. Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance while coaching leaders on hiring, promotions, and succession planning. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions on onboarding, exit interviews, and performance reviews, utilizing lean methodologies for continuous improvement. Manage complex projects, supervise workplace investigations, and assist in developing the annual budget. Collaborate with key departments to improve interdepartmental processes and participate in strategic committees to disseminate organizational information.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner and/or complex employee relations experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge and practical understanding of human resources functions and state and federal employment regulations
  • Broad understanding of the business and the role each functional area plays
  • Ability to read and interpret company policies and procedures
  • Ability to analyze market survey data and identify trends
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to define and prioritize problems and manage workload without direct supervision
  • Working knowledge or experience in the use of software applications to conduct daily business functions
  • Ability to work well under changing priorities and deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Passion for customer service (internal and external)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend both written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Travel is required approximately 15% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred area of focus: Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CBP Certification
  • Super-user capability in software applications
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
