Lead resolution for complicated employee relations issues for represented and non-represented employees, leveraging Labor Relations and Employment Law experts as needed. Serve as the chief interpreter and implementer for HR policies and procedures across all employee levels while drafting documentation and exercising sound judgment on escalations. Strategize on organization design, staffing, compensation planning, performance management, and workforce planning to partner with leadership on action plans addressing performance, culture, and operational challenges. Champion the employee perspective and company needs to promote a positive, collaborative work environment, proactively identifying themes and recommending practical solutions. Partner with the internal talent acquisition team to create innovative recruitment strategies that build a diverse team. This role supports the West Coast Studio Operations business at NBCUniversal, a subsidiary of Comcast, within a high-performing team striving to exceed employee expectations.
