Job Summary
HR business partner for Universal Entertainment Group Production teams, delivering HR leadership to studio employees in Physical Production, including Post Production and Visual Effects; provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, labor standards and policies, collaborate with Legal and Labor Relations on performance management, and support organizational development across productions. Must be able to travel internationally, and the role operates on a hybrid schedule with in-office presence in Universal City, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably as a manager or employee relations specialist
- Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
- Must be willing to travel for work related business as necessary
- Must have unrestricted ability to travel internationally
