Job Summary
Partner with business and operations leaders to develop organizational strategies and design structures that ensure resource capability for growth goals. Manage end-to-end HR functional responsibilities including talent acquisition, development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence. Organize and execute annual processes such as performance reviews and compensation planning, coaching leaders and driving programs aligned with corporate policies. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage benefits renewals, including Chemical Union relations and local bonus procedures. Work closely with Operations on KPIs covering safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while maintaining preventive actions with legal guidance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years in manufacturing HR, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 5-7 years' experience as a HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing site
- Experience driving employee engagement, communications strategies and positive labor and employee relations
- Proficiency in utilizing HR systems, data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong professional maturity and judgment and accustomed to dealing with confidential situations
- Ability to generate alternative solutions from diverse opinions
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Global experience and awareness
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Ability to work across teams, departments, businesses, and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced, global, team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with lean / six sigma principles
- Fluent in Portuguese and English with advanced Spanish skills
