Job Summary
Manage HR services to ensure highly qualified employees are recruited, developed, and motivated to achieve business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, designing and implementing HR strategies, guidelines, and procedures while supporting short- and long-term business needs. Oversee plant HR operations, collaborate with union officials within contract guidelines, and ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, including Indiana-specific laws. Conduct investigations, maintain records, represent the company at hearings, and manage third-party vendors. Implement performance planning processes, develop orientation programs, and support health, safety, and well-being initiatives. Drive employee retention and engagement while leading workforce planning efforts and local community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Must have experience with Indiana State Laws
