Job Summary
Walk the manufacturing floor daily to build relationships and maintain a pulse on the organization while acting as a trusted business partner for the Streetsboro, OH plant. Drive human capital solutions aligned to business strategy by managing talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation administration. Lead a small HR team, conduct workplace investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor relations standards. Develop culture through engagement initiatives and mentor managers to foster a high-performing environment. Track and analyze human capital data to support continuous improvement across all HR functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor level degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business or related degree
- Minimum 7 years professional HR experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in leading teams
- Broad-based functional experience in HR
- Track record of accomplishment in areas of talent management
- Track record of accomplishment in compensation
- Track record of accomplishment in employee & labor relations

- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
