Job Summary
Manager, Human Resources role overseeing end-to-end HR support for the Venlo campus, partnering with local leadership to ensure compliant, efficient and people-focused HR practices aligned with Dutch labor law, WOR and global HR frameworks. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, development, coaching leaders, policy development to foster an inclusive, engaged culture, managing employee relations cases, succession planning, liaison with Works Council and external parties (occupational health, legal advisors), HR administration (contracts, amendments, leave, records), HR data integrity and payroll collaboration, and leading a local HR team while aligning with Global HR programs. Requires strong advisory, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills, and a track record of delivering strategic and operational HR support in a Dutch context.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dutch labor law and Works Councils Act (WOR)
- Experience supporting Works Council consultations and consent processes
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Experience supporting managers in complex operational or corporate environments; distribution, logistics, experience is a plus
