Job Summary
Manager, Human Resources supports company-wide or specific state/region HR initiatives, partnering with assigned business leaders. Responsible for delivering HR processes for Sales and Operations clients, supporting internal talent acquisition, conducting new-employee orientations, monitoring career-path programs and employee relations counseling, conducting exit interviews, and contributing to department goal development and process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years HR experience; proficient with MS Office; strong communication, diplomacy, discretion, and analytical skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Preferred PHR/SPHR certification; Breakthru Beverage Group operations across the U.S. and Canada; salary range $96,600-$125,000; eligible for benefits and bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as HR business partner and/or HR generalist
- Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
