Manager, Human Resources

Align human resources strategies with facility and corporate business goals while partnering with the Plant Manager on key personnel issues. Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies and processes, then mediate employee issues to maintain a positive work environment. Develop and implement compliant HR policies, monitor employee records, and conduct exit interviews to drive retention initiatives. Facilitate recruitment, oversee new hire orientations, and manage timekeeping and payroll alignment. Coach managers through performance appraisals, assist with corrective actions and unemployment claims, and coordinate training programs. Support organizational transitions, lead special projects, and foster community engagement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR management experience, and ability to work outside traditional hours.
