Job Summary
Manager, Human Resource Vertical Risk Advisor provides guidance on implementing HR risk policies and programs, supporting HR risk assessments, regulatory applicability, and enterprise risk management across HR functions; partners with HR, Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to employment and privacy laws, maintains risk documentation in the risk system (FUSE) and supports audits, exams, and changes to regulatory requirements; contributes to HR policy documentation, risk reporting, and governance through process controls and leadership engagement; emphasizes collaboration with business partners to drive compliant risk management and reporting, including development of risk management artifacts and performance incentives where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of risk management experience or at least 5 years of human resource experience
- At least 2 years of process management experience
