Job Summary
Manager - Human Capital Programs and Partnerships responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing human capital initiatives including leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention; building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, consultants, and industry stakeholders; coordinating with HR and business units to align programs with talent needs; monitoring program performance with qualitative and quantitative metrics; managing budgets; leading change management to promote adoption and engagement; and staying current with global human capital trends to enhance program impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience managing human capital programs, partnerships, or related initiatives in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of talent management, employee development, and workforce planning concepts
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with external stakeholders
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR information systems
