Job Summary
Apply industry understanding to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the HSES discipline. Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems impacting service levels, quality, and timeliness objectives. Guide decisions based on policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan to enhance the team's ability to meet performance goals.
