Manager, HRIS and Employee Services

Job Summary
Oversee HRIS and Employee Services as the system administrator for Workday and other HR technology platforms; drive data integrity, automation, and analytics to enable HR leadership with dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, and performance. Lead HRIS-related projects (upgrades, integrations) and develop user training materials. Ensure data privacy compliance, audit user access, and partner with HR, IT, payroll, and finance to translate functional needs into scalable tech solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HRIS experience
- At least 2 years in a management or lead role
- Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP)
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to translate HR needs into technical requirements
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: experience with system integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience delivering dashboards/reports on headcount, turnover, compensation, performance
