Job Summary

Oversee HRIS operations (Workday) and analytics to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT with system reliability, data integrity, and actionable workforce insights. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions; drive data governance, security, and compliance; manage complex HR technology projects, integrations, upgrades, and configurations; collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align technology with business objectives; promote self-service reporting and analytics adoption to enable data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, workforce analytics, or related functions
  • Significant experience with Workday
  • Deep expertise in Workday administration (configuration, security, reporting, and system optimization)
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex HR technology projects, system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with HR data reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Strong understanding of HR data governance, data quality standards, compliance requirements, and reporting best practices
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and business operations
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Workday certifications and experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics and reporting tools preferred
