Job Summary
Partner with business leaders in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka to drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies. Collaborate with the recruitment team for critical hires, design engagement initiatives, and conduct pulse surveys to foster culture. Oversee performance appraisals, coordinate training programs, and manage HR dashboards to track regional metrics. Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle disciplinary cases and POSH matters, and coordinate payroll and benefits. Requires 5-10 years of HRBP experience in BFSI/insurance, an MBA/PGDM, and strong knowledge of regional labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 5-10 years of HRBP experience in BFSI, preferably in insurance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HR tools, analytics, and Microsoft Office
