Job Summary
Lead recruitment from sourcing to offer closure for the Agri Products cluster and manage seamless onboarding for 300+ employees. Design training programs for factory workers, oversee the skill development centre, and implement recognition and rewards initiatives to retain talent. Drive workforce planning, monitor HR metrics, and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters while handling employee grievances. Ensure full compliance with labour laws and safety regulations across seven cluster units. Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand challenges and provide strategic HR solutions.
Required Qualifications
- MBA with a specialization in HR from a Tier 1 institute
- Proven experience of 3 to 7 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in agri-business or related industries
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and best HR practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
