Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end HR function across global locations by developing strategies, overseeing recruitment, and leading the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews. Direct performance evaluations, employee relations, and conflict resolution while executing training initiatives and diversity strategies. Organize team-building activities, lead CSR and PoSH initiatives, and maintain the employee database with strict confidentiality. Collaborate with various departments to align efforts with organizational goals and oversee internal administration and office modifications. Requires 6-10 years of HR experience, MBA or management degree, and proficiency in Zoho People and Recruit.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management

- Having experience in implementing a performance-based variable pay structure
- Experience in HRMS software (Zoho People preferred)
- Experience in any Recruitment Management System (Zoho Recruit preferred)
