Job Summary
Manager, HR Systems & Analytics responsible for HRIS administration (UKG), reporting/analytics for Employee Success, liaison between HRIS stakeholders, design and maintenance of HR systems including UKG modules (recruiting, onboarding, core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, etc.), build queries and dashboards to support business needs, create web-based training materials, ensure data integrity and security, support release management, and complete regulatory reporting (EEO, ACA, 401k). Work from nearly anywhere in the US within a high-growth organization; collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver analytics and system improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS with system administration and/or analyst responsibilities
- Mastery-level knowledge of UKG (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc)
- Mastery level experience with Microsoft Excel and BI
- Drive to deliver results in a high-growth organization
- Prior experience working with detailed and complex data analytics
- Ability to decision, problem solve and have a knack for finding solutions
- Able to work with changing deadlines and aggressive priorities, in a fast-pasted and high-growth business environment
- Self-starter, strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and must be able to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain focus and produce project deliverables according to established deadlines
- Comfortable working with staff within all levels of the organization
- Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to adapt and adjust to change, quick learner with technology aptitude, and excellent customer service attitudes
- Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)
