Job Summary
Lead HR operations across Mexico as HR Manager, overseeing payroll, benefits, labor relations, and compliance with local labor laws while directing a small HR team. Partner with business leaders to drive talent processes including hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management; oversee employee relations and vendor relationships; collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement programs (Compensation, Talent, OD, etc.); drive Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Reviews; support organizational development and employee engagement; maintain a strong on-site presence and act as a trusted HR advisor across the organization. Requirements include 7–10 years in HR with leadership, experience in multinational environments, strong Mexican labor law knowledge, exposure to unions, advanced English, a bachelor's degree in HR/Labor Relations/Law or related field, experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors a plus), and willingness to travel occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources including leadership roles
- Experience in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employee relations
- Experience managing complex, multi-site organizations
- Exposure to union environments is highly preferred
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Law, or related field
- Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
