Job Summary
Lead the discovery, analysis, value stream analysis, and redesign of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Develop and maintain as-is and future-state process models, taxonomies, and standards using BPM tools such as SAP Signavio or similar platforms. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and service design methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce friction, and improve both operational performance and employee experience. Partner closely with HR Technology, Workday, and service delivery teams to turn future-state designs into practical system and operating model solutions. Drive global process standardization while thoughtfully balancing local regulatory, compliance, and business needs. Use KPIs and process insights to shape recommendations, support transformation initiatives, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization. Build strong relationships across HR, operations, compliance, and technical teams to drive alignment, adoption, and sustainable change.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR process architecture, business process redesign, or service delivery transformation within a complex global organization
- Strong proficiency with BPM and process modeling tools such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, or similar
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or systems thinking
- Ability to translate process insights into clear requirements, practical roadmaps, and actionable change initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business and technical audiences
- A strategic, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset, with a track record of driving measurable operational improvement
