Job Summary
Analyze and maintain information systems supporting human resources, leading core HRIS functions including Workday configuration, module expansion, security management, and data loads. Drive the development, deployment, and enhancement of Workday modules and integrations while serving as the escalation point for complex issues and the primary contact for external vendor relationships. Lead medium- to large-scale projects and major HR initiatives, gathering requirements, developing test plans, and ensuring complete system testing. Partner with functional areas to foster process improvement, optimize analytics, and ensure data integrity and governance within the Workday system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Five to seven years of related experience
- In-depth knowledge of human resources processes, data governance, information technology infrastructure, and data security practices
- Highly effective program and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex human resources technology initiatives
- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in leading the implementation and optimization of human resources platforms, with Workday strongly desired
- Deep understanding of human resources data analytics and reporting best practices
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Prism, Tableau, and Power BI
