Manager HR Partner, UKICI (Contractor/FTC)

Job Summary
Partner with leaders across the UK, Ireland, and Channel Islands to develop people strategies aligned with business goals. Manage complex employee relations cases from initiation through conclusion, advise on disciplinary processes, grievances, and redundancy. Lead organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives while supporting workforce planning and talent reviews. Coach managers on performance management, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, analyze people metrics to identify risks, and drive market-appropriate benefits packages and engagement initiatives. This interim, full-time role reports to the Vice President, HR Partner UKICI, with a requirement for CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification and significant HR Business Partner experience.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations experience
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to analyse people data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions or international teams
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in professional services, financial services, or corporate environments
