Job Summary
Lead the University’s core HR Operations function, driving end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle with governance, risk management and compliance. Own workload management, escalation, and service delivery for Tier 0/1, while embedding automation, self-service capabilities and digital solutions. Partner with Payroll, Compliance, HRIS/Analytics, and other People functions to deliver an integrated employee experience, and foster a high-performing team culture with a focus on process thinking, digital literacy, and customer-centred service.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in HR operations or shared services
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, enterprise agreements and compliance obligations
- Experience delivering process improvement and digital transformation outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience using HRIS and digital tools
- High level stakeholder engagement, communication and change management skills
