Job Summary
Strategic HR partner to North America Finance Executives, accountable for organizational effectiveness, succession and key role planning, executive talent movement, and culture transformation. Lead initiatives using people analytics and cross-functional partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams across North America. Responsibilities include advising on organizational design, driving executive recruitment, managing the finance people budget, enabling continuous improvement, and championing a culture of ownership and meritocracy. The role collaborates with Finance leadership to ensure adequate resources, develops leadership capabilities, and supports change management for global transformations. Location: World Headquarters with a Hybrid schedule (3 days/week).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience with Talent Management, Change Management, and Org Design
- Experience supporting a Finance function or working within a global matrixed environment is highly preferred
