Job Summary
Experienced Manager, HR Global Mergers & Acquisition Project Manager responsible for supporting end-to-end HR life cycle for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Manages HR due diligence, integration planning, and execution of transaction/integration activities with cross-functional deal teams. Partners with HR SMEs, Risk and Compliance to deliver risk-aware, people-oriented HR solutions across geographies. Builds and communicates project plans, tracks progress, manages data analysis (workforce/headcount, benefits, etc.), coordinates offer delivery and data validation for purchase agreements, and supports cultural and logistical integration for acquired associates. Requires strong problem solving, integrative thinking, attention to detail, risk mindset, effective stakeholder management, and ability to influence a wide range of HR, risk, and business professionals. PMP/Lean Six Sigma and Agile/Design Thinking experience preferred; global M&A knowledge strongly valued.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Project Management or Human Resources experience
- At least 1 year of Process Improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- 1+ year of Risk Management experience (preferred)
- 4+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
