Job Summary
Provide day-to-day guidance on people practices and advise leaders on team dynamics, performance, and engagement strategies. Use business acumen and data insights to influence decisions, anticipate talent risks, and shape workforce and capability strategies. Support delivery of the talent and succession planning process while coaching leaders on performance management, feedback, and career development. Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and leverage analytics to provide actionable insights into key metrics and trends. Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values through communication and recognition to strengthen belonging and inclusion. Apply organizational design principles to support structure and role clarity. Partner with leaders to implement targeted action plans that build psychologically safe, high-performing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven and recurring success as a trusted HR Business Partner at the Manager level
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to operational, financial, and customer outcomes
- Ability to build trusted, influential relationships with leaders at all levels, providing guidance that balances empathy, judgment, and organizational priorities
- Skilled in coaching leaders on performance, feedback, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience to diagnose engagement and culture drivers and partner with leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity, influence decisions, and support leaders through ambiguity
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and improve HR program execution
