Job Summary

Partner with site leadership to develop and execute people strategies supporting business objectives, operational excellence, and workforce effectiveness. Coach leaders on organizational design, succession planning, and talent management while utilizing workforce analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions. Manage employee relations by conducting workplace investigations, resolving concerns, and supporting labor relations activities including grievance management and collective bargaining agreements. Lead talent initiatives such as performance reviews, career development, and workforce planning to strengthen engagement and retention. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while championing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or similar business environments
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with site and corporate leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources best practices, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively navigate organizational change
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a unionized workforce, including labor relations and collective bargaining agreement administration
  • Human Resources experience within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, CDMO, or another highly regulated industry
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
