Job Summary
Manager, HR Analytics Solutions – leads design and execution of data analytics and self-serve AI-enabled capabilities to transform People Analytics, integrating Snowflake, semantic-layer governance, and Cortex AI. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating to technical action items, navigating multiple data systems (Workday, SAP, Snowflake), communicating technical barriers in accessible terms, architecting a self-serve AI-assisted agent, building visualizations (Tableau) and dashboards, joining data from multiple sources with Python/SQL/Excel, delivering proofs of concept, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver governed analytics at scale. Required experience includes 3+ years, a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, and experience with HR data and Snowflake; proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data quality, and data visualization is expected. The role is based in Toronto, Canada, and is Hybrid.”,
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in business/economics/finance or other quantitative fields (e.g., mathematics, statistics) preferred
- Experience with HR data preferred
- Experience with Snowflake preferred
- Strong data analysis, SQL, Python, and Tableau skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical actions
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Agile methodology experience
- Knowledge of data governance and semantic layer concepts
