Job Summary
Partner with Operations leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies supporting organizational growth and productivity. Analyze workforce metrics and KPIs to recommend solutions improving retention, engagement, and operational effectiveness. Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and business transformation, while implementing innovative HR practices and policies. Manage talent acquisition, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions to ensure consistent policy application. Lead employee relations investigations involving complaints, policy violations, and harassment allegations. Work with HR representatives to initiate services such as FMLA, 401K, and LOA. Ability to work off shifts as needed. Limited travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Related Fields
- 3+ years' experience in the Human Resource career field
- 5+ years of broad HR Generalist experience
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, human resource policies and procedures
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA
- Strong drive for results to lead and facilitate efforts to ensure human resources alignment with the business
- Proven skills in coaching and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to deal directly with line management to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change
- Strong project management skills
- Strong employee relations skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of computers, data entry and HRIS software
- Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work off shifts as needed
