Job Summary
Partner with Operations leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies that support organizational growth, productivity, and employee engagement. Analyze workforce metrics, trends, and KPIs to evaluate performance and recommend solutions for retention and operational effectiveness. Foster continuous improvement by implementing innovative HR practices, policies, and processes that align with business objectives. Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and business transformation, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage HR programs for talent acquisition, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities, including employee relations investigations for complaints and policy violations. Coach leaders on employee relations and corrective actions to ensure consistent policy application. Work off shifts as needed and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Related Fields
- 3+ years' experience in the Human Resource career field
- 5+ years of broad HR Generalist experience, employee relations
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, human resource policies and procedures
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA
- Proven skills in coaching and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to deal directly with line management to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change
- Strong project management skills
- Strong employee relations skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of computers, data entry and HRIS software
- Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work off shifts as needed
