Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of software product managers responsible for HPC/AI management and solution software products across the full lifecycle. Set clear goals, expectations, and accountability for the team while conducting regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development planning. Drive execution discipline to ensure delivery of high-quality roadmaps, requirements, and outcomes, and establish consistent product management practices and operating rhythms. Partner closely with Software Architects and Engineering leaders to ensure product plans are feasible and well-aligned, and identify gaps in team capability to implement coaching, process improvements, or structural adjustments. Balance people leadership with product accountability to enable teams to execute effectively and deliver meaningful results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software product management or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in people management, including managing product managers
- Experience in HPC, AI/ML, distributed systems, or infrastructure software environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex software products or platforms
- Strong people leadership and team development skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Ability to balance team leadership with ownership of product outcomes and execution quality
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment and execution in complex technical environments
- Strong business and product acumen, with the ability to guide teams in prioritization and decision-making
- Solid technical understanding of HPC/AI software systems to effectively collaborate with architects and engineers
- Ability to establish and scale effective processes, operating models, and team practices
- Strong communication and influence skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Sound judgment in managing trade-offs, team dynamics, and delivery commitments
- Work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office
