Job Summary
Manager of Housing Compliance role at Fountain House overseeing documentation in the AWARDS system, Medicaid trackers, and waitlists; provides leadership and cross-team coordination to ensure compliance with funders and housing policies; maintains QA checks and training across housing programs; serves as the lead compliance resource for senior directors; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of clubhouse experience, with strong leadership, analytical, and communications skills; position is full-time in Hell's Kitchen, NYC, with on-site duties; salary $75k-$85k.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with AWARDS and city/state reporting systems such as CAIRS, HRA/CAPS, and other housing databases
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in the clubhouse environment
- Experience leading projects and/or system implementation
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with internal housing staff, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of NYC housing guidelines preferred
