Job Summary
Drive in-venue Experience Pass sales by identifying and maximizing opportunities across the customer journey while partnering with Marketing to meet KPIs. Motivate and lead the Promotions Sales/Ambassador team, coaching real-time conversions and implementing incentive programs to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Manage day-to-day CX operations, including payroll, bonus plan reporting, and schedule oversight for digital and revenue-generating staff. Own sales tracking dashboards and tools to surface trends and adjust strategy, while handling guest escalations and VIP tour requests. Liaise with Attractions, Ticketing, and internal departments to adjust inventory and fulfill hospitality needs. Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new CX members, ensuring all interactions reflect AREA15's brand standards. Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic creative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations
- 5+ years in Sales, Promotions, and Customer Service, with a track record of driving and reporting on sales performance
- Prior AREA15 experience
- Demonstrated ability to motivate a sales team and drive measurable results against KPI's and sales goals
- Comfort with sales tracking and reporting tools (POS, Ticketure, Looker)
- Able to use performance data to adjust strategy
- Experience with Yodeck and Rockbot
- Box Office, corporate ticketing, and revenue management experience
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to manage ticket inventory and drive sales goals
- Exceptional communication and in-person conversational skills; highly articulate and outgoing
- Ability to understand visitor needs and adapt to different guest personalities
- Strong listening, presentation, and social skills; a talent for relationship-building and storytelling
- Genuine, authentic enthusiasm for AREA15 and its experiences
- Willingness to dress in costume on occasion
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be willing to travel if needed
- Computer skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel if needed
