Job Summary
Clinical Services Specialist at DaVita responsible for developing, reviewing, and rolling out clinical policies and education materials, and implementing and monitoring plans to meet facility goals. Role includes sharing best practices to support quality management programs, assisting in preceptor training programs, training teammates and patients, and traveling to regional sites. Requires RN license in state of practice and ADN (BSN preferred) with nephrology experience; strong ability to teach adult learners and communicate technical/medical information in lay terms; certification in CNN or CDN within one year; proficiency with MS Office and travel flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- A.D.N. degree required; B.S.N preferred; three-year diploma may be substituted for nursing degree
- Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of nephrology experience
- Experience in teaching the adult learner
- CNN or CDN certification within one year of hire or position change
- Bachelor's degree in associated field preferred
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
