Job Summary
Manage hospital pharmacy operations in Rogers, AR, directing strategic planning, financial planning, organizational awareness, and program development. Lead employee development, decision input, and the planning and directing of activities for assigned areas. Oversee a multi-disciplinary team, supervise quality control procedures, develop and deliver reports and proposals, and identify training needs to support staff and program growth.
