Job Summary
Lead and supervise outreach and residential homeless services programs serving individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure quality service delivery, manage program performance, grant reporting, budgeting, and compliance with agency and funding requirements. Manage a caseload of approximately 300 clients and coordinate services with community partners (shelters, hospitals, law enforcement, behavioral health providers) to support housing stabilization and coordinated care. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to develop staff, implement program improvements, and navigate Medicaid, housing, and behavioral health service requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in homeless services
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Valid Virginia Driver's License
