Manager, HIM (Onsite)

Lead the HIM team in daily operations, overseeing policy implementation, quality assurance audits, and workflow management to ensure compliance with federal and local regulations. Monitor departmental metrics, manage the budget, and coordinate recurring performance reviews to maintain high standards of excellence. Facilitate resolution of data variability issues, support EHR design and training, and lead abstracting of medical data for research and planning. Identify talent gaps, build a diverse cohesive team, and provide timely feedback to drive continuous improvement across the health system.
