Job Summary
Develop health economic models including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses while running scenario and survival analyses. Lead a team of HEVA modelers in model development, coaching, and mentoring, and collaborate with Global HEVA leads, vendors, and business partners to validate requirements and ensure timely deliverables. Participate in advanced model design, analyze prospectively collected health economic data, and support local HTA submissions across countries. Manage methodological aspects of modeling and maintain expertise across therapeutic areas to quantify product value for patients, providers, and payers.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced level training/experience in developing health economic models (CEA, BIM, survival analysis, patient level simulation)
- Hands on experience of working with Excel VBA
- Familiarity with R, R-shiny
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Travel required as per business need
