Job Summary
Manager, Hedge Fund Accountant in Dublin (Hybrid). Responsible for proactively owning key client relationships for a Dublin-based fund accounting team, coordinating NAV deliverables, financial statements, and regulatory reporting, and overseeing Dublin and India teams. Will participate in and potentially own strategic projects, and contribute to service quality and client satisfaction. Requires 7+ years in an operations environment and 3+ years of management experience, with strong knowledge of Hedge Funds, fund structures, and NAV calculations. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CAIA, CFA, CIMA) preferred; experience with Irish Funds and Irish DAC is advantageous. Strong client relationship management, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in an operations environment
- 3+ years management experience
- Professional Qualifications preferred (ACCA, CA, CAIA, CFA, and CIMA)
- Proven track record in Fund Accounting or a similar role in the Funds industry
- Experience with NAV calculations and financial statements
- Knowledge of Hedge Funds and fund structures
- Irish Funds and related reporting experience would be advantageous
- Strong client relationship management and networking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
