Manager - Health, Safety & Environment Management

Oversee the Site Health, Safety & Environment Management System by creating and implementing comprehensive programs to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental accidents. Conduct inspections of workplace and HSE incidents in accordance with company procedures, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Identify areas for improvement, develop and manage training plans for environmental and employee health and safety, and maintain relationships with community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the organization's HSE performance. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, and ensuring rigorous quality control. This role impacts the Site Health, Safety & Environment performance and success, requiring advanced problem-solving and industry-specific knowledge within Alcon's global eye care innovation.
