Job Summary
Manager Health, Safety and Environment role leading Network Aviation’s HSE strategy and safety program. Drive hazard identification, mitigation, and resolution; develop and implement management systems, frameworks, policies, and procedures to meet safety objectives; oversee Environmental Management Plan; conduct audits/investigations; deliver actionable insights through data analysis; foster cultural and behavioural change to improve safety performance; collaborate across aviation and high-risk environments; requires tertiary qualification (minimum Cert IV WHS) and 3+ years in HSE, with demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Aviation Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline (minimum Cert IV WHS)
- Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience in HSE, safety systems, audit or investigation roles
- Demonstrated experience in HSE leadership within aviation or high-risk environments
- Strong experience designing procedures, frameworks and technical reports
- Proven ability to analyse data, apply root cause thinking, and deliver actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to influence, engage and build relationships across all organisational levels
- Proven experience driving cultural change and safety improvement initiatives
