Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality health information services, maintaining compliance with legislative and accreditation requirements while driving continuous improvement. Oversee privacy processes, support health fund audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations. Manage critical systems including the Patient Administration System, Scanned Health Records, and My Health Record to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operational stakeholders to deliver insights on activity, case mix, and revenue performance. Optimize clinical documentation standards and strengthen audit readiness to support business development initiatives. This 12-month fixed-term role offers flexibility between 30.4 and 38 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
