Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality services, maintaining compliance with legislative and accreditation requirements, and driving continuous improvement across health information management practices. Oversee privacy and information release processes, support health fund audits, and ensure compliance with organisational, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Provide oversight of critical systems including the Patient Administration System (PAS), Scanned Health Records (SHR), and My Health Record (MyHR). Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operational stakeholders to deliver insights into activity, case mix, revenue performance, and service outcomes. Optimize clinical documentation standards and strengthen audit readiness while contributing to the development of best-practice systems and governance frameworks. This 12-month fixed-term role supports maternity leave cover and aligns with the hospital's growth initiative for the Orthonova Orthopaedic Centre.
Required Qualifications
