Job Summary
Health Center Manager position overseeing daily clinic operations, coordinating clinical and administrative functions, supervisory leadership of front desk, MAs, and referral coordinators, and ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA) while driving value-based care metrics. Responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, staff scheduling, billing/collections, EMR (eCW) workflows, quality dashboards (HEDIS/CAHPS), patient experience, and emergency preparedness. Requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Growth and regional teams, and ability to manage financials, staffing, and operational processes in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration with 2+ years of relevant experience
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
