Job Summary
Lead daily clinic operations by optimizing provider schedules, monitoring visit types, and supervising EMR workflows to ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance. Reconcile daily collections, manage clinic expenses in Oracle, and oversee end-of-day reviews while escalating critical issues. Enforce regulatory standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols, and monitor quality dashboards for HEDIS and no-show rates. Resolve patient complaints, manage check-in/out processes, and coordinate social determinants of health resources. Hire, train, and lead front desk staff, MAs, and referral coordinators through regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Collaborate with regional leaders to implement value-based care strategies and support patient retention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience (healthcare or similar service industry)
- Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration with 2+ years of relevant experience
- BLS Certification, be able to respond to medical emergencies
- Electronic Medical Record (eCW) – superuser level
- Ring Central – communication systems
- Workday – HR and team management
- Oracle – financial/expense tracking
- Power BI, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint
- Healthcare portals (e.g., Availity, payor systems)
- TripMaster – transportation scheduling
- Compliance tools (e.g., NAVEX)
- Ticketing systems (e.g., Cano.Net)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Patient-first mindset with a hands-on leadership style
- Proactive problem-solving and escalation judgment
- Deep understanding of VBC and population health goals
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-based environments
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb
- Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work will involve constant driving/traveling to assigned clinics/territories
- Flexibility to travel to clinical sites as needed
- 0-25% travel
