Job Summary

Lead daily clinic operations by optimizing provider schedules, monitoring visit types, and supervising EMR workflows to ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance. Reconcile daily collections, manage clinic expenses in Oracle, and oversee end-of-day reviews while addressing critical escalations. Enforce regulatory standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols, and lead emergency response drills. Drive value-based care goals by analyzing performance trends, reducing no-show rates, and coordinating social determinants of health resources. Manage the full employee lifecycle, conduct 1:1s with front desk staff and MAs, and maintain PTO calendars to ensure staffing alignment. Travel 0-25% to assigned clinics.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience (healthcare or similar service industry)
  • Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • BLS Certification, be able to respond to medical emergencies
  • Electronic Medical Record (eCW) – superuser level
  • Ring Central – communication systems
  • Workday – HR and team management
  • Oracle – financial/expense tracking
  • Power BI, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint
  • Healthcare portals (e.g., Availity, payor systems)
  • TripMaster – transportation scheduling
  • Compliance tools (e.g., NAVEX)
  • Ticketing systems (e.g., Cano.Net)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Patient-first mindset with a hands-on leadership style
  • Proactive problem-solving and escalation judgment
  • Deep understanding of VBC and population health goals
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-based environments
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb
  • Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to travel to clinical sites as needed
  • 0-25% travel to assigned clinics/territories

Desired Qualifications

  • BLS Certification, be able to respond to medical emergencies (Preferred)
