Job Summary
Lead compliance digital platform development by defining requirements, configuring workflows, and enhancing the compliance management system to systematize reviews and risk documentation. Partner with IT to implement AI-driven risk control initiatives, including content screening, audit automation, and intelligent pre-review models, while continuously refining risk rules based on AI outputs. Conduct proactive compliance reviews, perform routine self-inspections, and drive remediation follow-ups to reduce commercialization-related risks. Manage day-to-day operations of compliance systems and data repositories to improve transparency and traceability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or professional services firms
- Familiarity with end-to-end compliance control frameworks within pharmaceutical companies
- Hands-on experience in building compliance digital platforms and implementing workflow digitalization initiatives
- Ability to independently define business requirements, design process solutions, and recommend system enhancements
- Experience implementing projects related to AI compliance, intelligent risk management, or digital auditing
- Understanding of AI applications in compliance screening, content review, and risk identification
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing compliance
- Strong knowledge of third-party governance
- Strong knowledge of expense compliance controls
- Excellent process design and optimization skills
