Job Summary
Manager, HCC Transparency Reporting is responsible for the end-to-end execution and ongoing management of DePuy Synthes’ global transparency reporting obligations, ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely reporting. The role partners with Legal, Finance, IT, Data Management, and business stakeholders to capture, validate, submit, and post-submission support data; drives data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements; develops SOPs and training materials; and handles inquiries from healthcare professionals and regulators while supporting data reconciliation and issue resolution to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field
