Job Summary
Manager, Health Care Compliance (HCC) Risk Management for Spine/CMF/Sports & Trauma. Executes centralized compliance risk management activities including monitoring, TPI due diligence, KPI reporting, and red-flag management; collaborates across the HCC organization to provide ongoing insights to strengthen the Compliance Program; assesses effectiveness of compliance controls and delivers executive-ready insights; requires Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years’ experience in compliance/risk domains, with knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws (Anti‐Kickback, False Claims Act, FCPA); Travel up to 20–25% domestic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field
- 4–7 years’ experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring
- Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti‐Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA))
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well‐reasoned decisions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
